Hi! I'm Kristina Richardson

I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian who's been living with coeliac disease for the past 15 years.

Reading and interpreting food labels is tricky! No two labels are the same, and food manufacturers aren’t always clear about exactly which ingredients contain gluten. It’s so easy to get confused, and the last thing we want is to accidentally eat foods that are going to make us feel sick (or slow down our recovery).

Correct label-reading is one of the cornerstones of successfully transitioning to a new gluten free way of life, and hence one of the very first skills I teach (in excruciating detail!) in my programs.

This free resource I have created gives the absolute minimum level of detail needed to be able to interpret whether a labelled food contains gluten or “may contain” gluten. The steps are very easy to follow.

So you'll be correctly interpreting labels in no time. 🙌

NOTE this resource is only applicable to labelled foods sold in Australia and New Zealand, and cannot be relied upon for foods sold in any other Country.
