From Confused Coeliac To Qualified Dietitian

I didn’t plan on becoming a Dietitian.

But after my diagnosis, I hit a breaking point.

How much time will I need to set aside?

My personal aim is to spend no more than about 2-3 hrs in the kitchen TOTAL per week - because I'm busy! (I'm sure you are too). I utilise leftovers a lot and cook in double batches wherever I can. If you think you can devote a couple of hours over the week, you will do great. πŸ™Œ But you can totally build up to this if you're not used to spending time in the kitchen, starting with just one or two planned meals per week. πŸ‘Œ

What if I'm vegan?

Many of the recipes are already vegetarian or vegan or can easily be made so with the swap of one or two ingredients. You can also use the search function to quickly and easily find suitable recipes.

Can I use the recipes to lose weight?

Thrive Kitchen is focussed on healthy eating, replenishing your body with nutrients and improving gut and overall health, but you can definitely use the recipes and meal plans to lose weight if you want to, in fact, many of our members do! All the recipes include nutritional information and you can easily build your meal plan to hit a desired number of calories and/or macros each day.
